I’m still waiting on my refund, and I’m getting tired of the polished “we’re looking into it” type replies. It all sounds nice, but it doesn’t change the fact that my money still hasn’t come back.

I ordered based on the size guide, but the jacket still ended up feeling a bit tighter than I expected. It’s not awful, or anything, I just wish the fit notes were a little clearer. Delivery was fine, though.

The delivery arrived on time, which I definitely appreciated. The box had a small dent when it got here, but nothing too serious and the item was fine, so overall I’d say it was a reliable experience.

I ordered a jacket from summitshop.com it looked good when it first arrived. But after wearing it a few times, I noticed some of the stitching starting to come loose. The material also feels a lot thinner in person than it looked in the photos, if that makes sense. Delivery was totally fine, so no issue there, but for the price I just expected it to feel a bit more durable. It’s not awful or anything, but I probably wouldn’t order from them again.
